“I didn't start Naveo to build a company. I started it because I believed sailing could be done better — more personal, more considered, more human.”
Early in my career, I worked for a sailing company that filled as many boats as possible and called it a season. The margins were thin, the guests were often frustrated, and the whole experience felt like a production line. That's when I decided: if I was going to do this, I was going to do it properly.
Every Naveo voyage begins with a conversation — who is coming, and what do you actually want this week to hold? From there, we choose the right boat, find the crew that fits your group, and stay flexible as the week unfolds. The sea has its own rhythm. We follow it.
Naveo remains founder-led by design. Every voyage gets my full attention — before departure, on the water, and after you're home. That's not a marketing line. It's just how I choose to run things.

Good Questions, Straight Answers
Yes. Every private charter is fully curated around your preferences, group dynamic, and travel rhythm. We propose a route based on seasonal conditions and local insight, but nothing is fixed. Weather, energy, and curiosity shape the days at sea.
Our private charters include the yacht, professional skipper and crew, onboard chef, all meals (Blue Zone-inspired breakfast and lunch, most dinners ashore at handpicked restaurants), fuel, marina fees, water toys, and itinerary planning.
No sailing experience is required. Our professional skipper handles navigation, safety, and route planning. Guests are welcome to be as involved or as relaxed as they wish.
Yes. We regularly host guests from the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Scandinavia. Consultations are held virtually, and we guide you through timing and pre-charter arrangements.
